Important: You must enroll within 21 days of your hire date. If you miss the deadline, you’ll only receive company-paid benefits, like Basic Life and AD&D, for the rest of the plan year.

Who’s Eligible for Benefits?

Full-Time Employees

If you work 30 or more hours per week as a full-time employee, you’re eligible for benefits. Coverage starts on the first day of the month following your 30-day new hire period.

Eligible Dependents

You can also cover:

  • Your legal spouse or same/opposite-sex domestic partner
  • Your children up to age 26
  • Disabled dependent children of any age who meet plan requirements

How Do I Enroll?

After your first day of work, review the benefit information provided by your HR representative. You have 21 days to enroll. You can enroll quickly and easily in any of these three ways:

Call ADP MyLife Advisors at 855‑547‑8508. (Weekdays, 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. ET)

  1. Register in ADP Workforce Now.
  2. Click New User, then Get Started, then I Have a Registration Code. (Enter the registration code from your ADP email.)
  3. Provide the requested information and create your unique user ID and password.
  4. Complete all pre‑onboarding paperwork.
  5. Once registered, a pop-up will appear. Select Enroll Now.
  6. Follow the prompts, add dependents, and make your benefit selections.
  7. Review and confirm information and submit.
  1. Download the ADP app and register.
  2. Click New, then Get Started, then Yes when asked if you have a registration code. (Enter the registration code from your ADP email.)
  3. Provide the requested information and create your unique user ID and password.
  4. Complete all pre-onboarding paperwork.
  5. Once you are logged in, select Benefits and click Start Enrollment.
  6. Follow the prompts, add dependents, and make your benefit selections.
  7. Review and confirm information and submit.

Cost for Coverage

Medical Coverage

Renovo is pleased to offer you a choice of Medical plans and pays much of the cost. See the Cost & Discounts page to view your share of the premiums.

Medical Premium Discount Program

If you’re enrolled in a PPO or HSA plan, complete the requirements to qualify for a 15% discount (or up to a 35% discount for HSA Choice Plus High plan members) on your Medical premiums. Learn more on the Cost & Discounts page.
