If you’re enrolled in an HSA or PPO Plan, complete the steps below to qualify for a 15% discount (or up to 35% for HSA Choice Plus High plan members) on your Medical premiums.

Complete all requirements by September 15 to receive the discounted rate starting October 1. Discounts are awarded quarterly. You must meet requirements by the 15th of the month prior to a new quarter to qualify.
After meeting the requirements, look for “MED INCENTIVE” under Deductions on your paycheck. The credit will appear on your first paycheck after the effective date. Your discount won’t appear in ADP.
When you register for Quantum Health, engage with Rx Savings Solutions (see below), and schedule a virtual primary care visit with First Stop Health. You’re eligible for the Medical Premium Discount and can save 15% (or more!*) on your medical premiums! Here’s how much you can save based on plan and coverage level.
*HSA Choice Plus High Plan members in Employee Only coverage can save up to 35%.
Find lower‑cost prescriptions that work just as well and are covered by your insurance. Your account allows you to find savings opportunities, compare prices, and easily switch to more cost-effective medications. RxSS works directly with your doctor and pharmacy, and they’ll alert you when there’s a better deal available.
To meet the requirements for the 2026 Medical Premium Discount, you only need to complete one of the following:
