"After the death of their co-worker, I offered to hold a memorial service for the company for the employees to come together to grieve. Leadership accepted and thanked me for offering this service. The other care partner joined me for the service and cared for the employees that week. About 17 employees attended the service. Tears, hugs, and a few laughs were shared amongst the team. Afterwards, several employees stayed to talk with me. I even had a few employees ask to talk in private to grieve. Everyone was very grateful to have the opportunity to honor their friend and coworker and grieve together. "
