November 3 – 14, 2025

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits coverage without a qualifying event.

During Open Enrollment, you can:

  • Add or remove dependents
  • Select your benefit plans 
  • Elect Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions (contributions do not automatically roll over)
  • Elect Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions (contributions do not automatically roll over)
  • Verify and update your beneficiaries (available year-round)

Is Enrollment Required?

Yes, Open Enrollment is active for Medical and Dental coverage this year. This means your current Medical and Dental coverage will not roll over into 2026. In addition, FSA and HSA contributions must be elected each year you wish to participate. You must actively enroll in these benefits for 2026.

What’s Changing for 2026?

NEW Medical Carrier & Plans

Credence Blue Cross and Blue Shield is our new Medical carrier with two new plan options to choose from: the Renovo HDHP or the Renovo PPO plan. Compare your new 2026 Medical plan options and rates in the dropdown below. If you do not elect Medical coverage during Open Enrollment, you will not have medical benefits for the 2026 plan year.

NEW Dental Carrier

Credence Blue Cross and Blue Shield is our new Dental carrier using the Access Plus Dental network. Coverage levels are the same, though your provider network may change. Visit credenceblue.com and click Find a Doctor, then Dentist, enter your zip code or city/state, and select Access Plus Dental to see if your dentist is in-network or to find a provider near you. If you do not elect Dental coverage during Open Enrollment, you will not have dental benefits for the 2026 plan year.

NEW HSA & FSA Administrator

HealthEquity will be our new HSA & FSA administrator for 2026. If you want to contribute to these plans in 2026, you must actively enroll during Open Enrollment. 

2026 IRS annual contributions maximums:

  • HSA: $4,400 individual/$8,750 family
  • Health Care FSA: $3,400 
  • Dependent Care FSA: $7,500

Please note, the Limited Purpose FSA will no longer be offered in 2026. 

NEW Benefit Partner 

Starting January 1, Renovo HR and Payroll Services will replace MyLife Advisors as your benefits support team. You will continue to use MyLife Advisors and ADP during Open Enrollment and through the end of 2025. We’ll share more details, including contact info, closer to launch.
