Let’s get started!

Who: As a full-time employee, working 30 hours or more per week, you and your dependents are eligible for Renovo benefits!

When: You’re good to go on benefits, beginning the first day of the month following your 30-day new hire eligibility period. (Or, if you’re coming back to us within six months of your previous last day, you can enroll the first of the month, following your rehire date.)

How: Call ADP MyLife Advisors at 855-547-8508 (Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET) or enroll online any time. Click here for a helpful video on how to enroll.

Why: All of our Renovo benefits are pretty awesome, and if you don’t enroll within 21 days of your hire date, you’ll only be able to access company-paid benefits like Basic Life and AD&D until the next Open Enrollment!

We want you to make the most of your Renovo benefits. Here are some tips for saving money and staying healthy.

Save 15% (or more!*) on Premiums

If you want to pay a lower monthly amount for your medical coverage, we’ve got the deal for you. When enrolling, those who select a UHC (PPO and HSA) plan will be prompted to register with Quantum Health, Rx Savings Solutions, and First Stop Health. Take time to enroll in these programs and schedule a virtual primary care visit with First Stop Health. If you complete these requirements by June 15, 2025, you’ll be eligible for the Medical Premium Discount and see a 15% (or more!*) reduction in the cost of your premium, beginning July 1, 2025. Missed the June 15 deadline? Complete requirements by September 15 for savings beginning October 1. 

Note: Your Medical Premium Discount won’t appear in ADP. After meeting the requirements, you’ll see a “MED INCENTIVE” credit under Deductions, on your first paycheck after the effective date.

*HSA Choice Plus High plan members can save up to 35%, if they are enrolled in Employee Only coverage.

You must register with Quantum Health, engage with Rx Savings Solutions (click here to learn how!) and complete a virtual primary care visit with First Stop Health to receive the 15% (or more!*) premium discount.

PPO and HSA plan members can save money and receive higher-quality care by choosing a Tier 1 primary care doctor or specialist. Tier 1 providers offer better outcomes, shorter wait times, and stronger patient follow-up.

First Stop Health is your partner in health and well-being, included with all UHC/UMR medical plans at no cost. There are no copays, coinsurance, or deductibles—regardless of your plan—and you can even add up to seven family members or friends, whether they’re dependents or not!

This superhero service is here to help with everyday challenges—all at no cost to you. From work-life balance to clinical, legal, or financial referrals, it’s your guide to navigating life’s hurdles.

Ability Assist Counseling Services: Support for life’s challenges, offered at no cost to you. You and your family members living at home with you have access for up to three face-to-face counseling sessions per occurrence, per year. Plus, access work-life services and counseling for your legal, financial, medical, and benefit-related concerns.
