I just tied the knot and need to add my new spouse.

• Congratulations! We hope you’re ready to hop into the fast lane because your changes need to be made within 30 days of your marriage.
• The first step to making your changes is to head over to the Enrollment page and follow the steps.
• Once you’ve enrolled, make sure to double check that there are no errors—since you won’t be able to change them until Open Enrollment.

Baby is on the way! How long do I have to enroll them?

• We’re excited for you! Once your little one makes their grand debut, you’ll have 30 days to make changes to your elections.
• If you need help making your changes, the Enrollment page has instructions that can help.
• Take a moment to review your changes to make sure there’s no errors, because after your 30 day period, you can’t make changes again until the next Open Enrollment.

Can you help me find the perfect plans for my needs?

I could use some help enrolling in coverage.

• The ADP MyLife Advisors are your trusty sidekicks in this endeavor. Just give them a call at 855-547-8508 and they can walk you through the process step-by-step.

I need to register or reset my password.

• You can register or reset your password online. Learn more on the Enrollment page.
• If you additional help or are unsure on your registration code, please contact ADP.

I want to save money on my premiums.

• PPO and HSA plan members, register with Quantum Health, engage with Rx Savings Solutions (click to learn your options!), and schedule a virtual primary care visit with First Stop Health to receive a 15% (or more!*) premium savings with the Medical Premium Discount.

• Complete all Medical Premium Discount requirements by June 15, 2025, to receive the rate starting July 1, 2025.

Note: Your Medical Premium Discount will not be reflected in ADP. Upon completing the discount requirements, you will see a credit on your first paycheck, following the effective date. Look for “MED INCENTIVE” under Deductions on your paycheck, to see the amount saved.

*HSA Choice Plus High plan members can save up to 35%, if they are enrolled in Employee Only coverage.
