Save 15% (or more!*) on Medical Premiums

To qualify for the Medical Premium Discount (and save 15%—or more!*—on premiums!) you must complete the following requirements:

1. Register with Quantum Health.
2. Engage with Rx Savings Solutions. (See below for the four ways to do this.) 
3. Register with First Stop Health and complete a FREE virtual primary care appointment (see detailed instructions below).

Complete all Medical Premium Discount requirements by September 15, 2025, to receive the lower rate starting October 1, 2025. (Available only to PPO and HSA plan participants.)

 

Note: The premium discount is awarded on a quarterly basis. You must have met requirements by the 15th of the month, prior to the new quarter, to be eligible.

 

Your Medical Premium Discount will not be reflected in ADP. Upon completing the rate requirements, you will see a credit on your first paycheck, following the effective date. Look for “MED INCENTIVE” under Deductions on your paycheck, to see the amount saved.

 

*HSA Choice Plus High plan members can save up to 35%, if they are enrolled in Employee Only coverage.

Engage with Rx Savings Solutions

To complete the requirements for the Medical Premium Discount, you must engage with Rx Savings Solutions. There are four ways you can do this: 

1. Register for an RxSS account.
2. Sign up for RxSS text alerts.
3. Download the RxSS app and log in.
4. Submit a Contact My Prescriber request through RXSS.
   • Contact My Prescriber is only available if a lower-cost option exists for your current medication. (Not all members will have this option on their account.)
   • If available, you’ll see a message on your dashboard like: “Save up to $___ per fill!”
   • Click See All Savings Options to view alternatives. Select your preferred option, then click Contact My Prescriber to submit the request.

Schedule Your Visit

Once registered, scheduling a visit is easy as 1-2-3:

1. Claim your account with First Stop Health in minutes, via the mobile app or at firststophealth.com.
2. Select Primary Care, answer a few questions, and choose a doctor.
3. Schedule an appointment as soon as tomorrow!

Here are things you can address at your virtual primary care visit with First Stop Health:

• Annual Wellness Check-up (discuss overall health, wellness goals, etc.)
• Chronic Pain or Health Conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.)
• General Health Support (feeling tired, weight loss, etc.)
• Mental Health Support (anxiety, depression, etc.)

Complete All Requirements to Save

Complete all Medical Premium Discount requirements by September 15, 2025, to receive the rate starting October 1, 2025.
