As a full-time employee putting in 30 hours or more per week, you’re in for some serious benefits! Benefits kick in starting the first day of the month following your 30-day new hire eligibility period, or the first of the month following your rehire date if you’re returning within 6 months of your previous end date. Employees who are rehired after more than 6 months follow the same eligibility criteria as new hires.
Just make sure to submit your enrollment materials within 21 days of your hire date. Miss this window, and you’ll only be eligible for Renovo-paid benefits, like Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D).
Enrolling in benefits is a breeze with MyLife Advisors! Here’s how to get started:
Call ADP MyLife Advisors at 855-547-8508. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET and 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. PT.
You can also enroll online from any computer with internet access, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If it’s your first time logging in, click on “Create account.” If you’re unsure about the registration code, please contact ADP. Follow the prompts to set up your account and select a secure password.

Once you’ve made your benefits choices as a new employee, they’re as stuck as gum on a hot sidewalk for the rest of the plan year. Unless, of course, you experience a life event that the IRS thinks is a big deal.
