This voluntary program allows you to connect to Care Partners who are here for you, offering worksite visits, online chats, text conversations, or phone calls. This service is free to use, neutral from company operations, nonjudgmental, and everything you share with them is held in strict confidence.

This resource is available to both full-time and part-time employees, as well as their families. They’re here to support you through life’s ups and downs, no matter what you’re facing.

"After the death of their co-worker, I offered to hold a memorial service for the company for the employees to come together to grieve. Leadership accepted and thanked me for offering this service. The other care partner joined me for the service and cared for the employees that week. About 17 employees attended the service. Tears, hugs, and a few laughs were shared amongst the team. Afterwards, several employees stayed to talk with me. I even had a few employees ask to talk in private to grieve. Everyone was very grateful to have the opportunity to honor their friend and coworker and grieve together. "
